Anguilla ·        Border Status: Government accepting visitor entry applications.

·        Pre-Entry Negative Covid PCR Test Proof: Required within three to five days of arrival.

·        Covid Test on Arrival: All visitors; second test administered on day 10 of visit.

·        Entry Procedure: Visitors must pre-register online at Anguilla Tourist Board website and submit negative PCR test and proof of health/travel insurance policy. Electronic certificate authorizing travel will be issued once application is approved. Guests restricted to accommodations until negative second test result is achieved. Entry fees starting at $1,000 for a single traveler and $1,500 for a family of four to offset deployment of health professionals to ports of entry, surveillance, security and additional PCR testing will be charged.

Antigua and Barbuda

Aruba ·        Border Status: Open to international visitors.

·        Pre-Entry Negative Covid PCR Test Proof: Strongly encouraged.

·        Covid Test on Arrival: Required for travelers who arrive without proof of negative test.

·        Entry Procedure: Travelers required to fill out Embarkation/ Disembarkation card 72 to four hours prior to travel. Travelers from some states must take PCR test 72 hours before departure and upload result at least 12 hours prior flight departure

Bahamas (Nassau) ·        Border Status: Open to international visitors.

·        Entry Procedure: Travelers must complete an online ED card prior to arrival and receive a barcode which must be presented at entry. Mandatory 14-day quarantine for all visitors.

Barbados (Bridgetown) ·        Border Status: Open to international visitors.

·        Pre-Entry Negative Covid PCR Test Proof: Advised.

·        Covid Test on Arrival: Required for travelers without proof of negative COVID-19 PCR test.

·        Entry Procedure: Travelers required to complete online immigration/customs form and submit 24 hours prior to travel. High-risk visitors required to take COVID-19 PCR test 72 hours prior to arrival to be considered for fast-track processing. Traveler’s risk category determined by risk associated with any country he/she has traveled to or through within 21 days of arrival at Barbados. U.S. travelers deemed “high risk;” Canadian travelers “medium risk.”

Belize (Belize City) ·        Border Status: Opens to international travelers October 1.

·        Pre-Entry Negative Covid PCR Test Proof: Required for travelers within 72 hours of departure.

·        Covid Test on Arrival: Possible for travelers who show symptoms via $50 double rapid COVID-19 PCR test at traveler’s expense.

·        Entry Procedure: Travelers will be required to download a Belize Health App and complete the required information. Visitors must also submit proof of a negative PCR test within 72 hours of their flight; negative results will provide travelers with a “fast track” arrivals process. Travelers will be screened on arrival and may be randomly selected for secondary screening. Visitors will also be subject to a “double rapid test” if necessary, at the traveler’s expense. Cleared visitors will proceed to their hotels via approved transportation and will be allowed to participate in approved tour activities.

Bermuda (Hamilton, King’s Wharf, St. George) ·        Border Status: Opens to international travelers as of July 1

·        Pre-Entry Negative Covid PCR Test Proof: Must take a PCR COVID-19 test and obtain a negative result no more than five days before departure. Visitors without a pre-departure test will not be able to obtain Travel Authorization and enter Bermuda.

·        Covid Test on Arrival:

·        Entry Procedure: Within 48 hours of departure, complete the Bermuda travel authorization process online which gathers important information for the island’s health and immigration officials; a $75 fee per traveler is required, which includes the cost of all COVID-19 testing in Bermuda. Each passenger must have a form completed regardless of age.

·        Travel Insurance: Recommended. If this is not obtained, a visitor will be responsible for all health and accommodation costs should they require treatment and/or quarantine.

·        Additional Notes:

·        Effective December 24, 2020, visitors and returning residents travelling to Bermuda from the UK even with a pre-arrival negative COVID-19 PCR test result, will be required to quarantine in their accommodation for four days and cannot be released from quarantine until they have a Day 4 negative test result. This new protocol will also apply to those who have travelled in the UK anytime in the 14 days prior to arrival in Bermuda.

·        Effective December 8, all returning residents and visitors are required to wear a Traveller Wristband for the first 14 days of their stay. Traveller Wristbands will be distributed during testing upon arrival. Travelers who do not wish to wear the wristband will be required to quarantine at their accommodation for 14 days.

·        Travelers must take your own temperature twice per day and report via online application/portal

·        Travelers must take a COVID-19 test, administered on Day 4, Day 8 and Day 14 at testing centers (Perot Post Office, City of Hamilton Mon–Sat; Southside, St. David’s Sun). The location and time of each of your tests will automatically be booked for you, so please do not arrange separate appointments. You will receive email reminders 24 hours before each test.

BVI (Tortola) ·        Border Status: Open to international travelers

·        Pre-Entry Negative Covid PCR Test Proof: Negative PCR Test within 5 days prior to arrival

·        Covid Test on Arrival: Yes

·        Entry Procedure: Apply for BVI Gateway Traveler Authorization Certification which must be completed with 24 hours of travel. Travelers must BEGIN their application no later than 48 hours before travel. All applicants in PENDING status, who have not completed their necessary requirements 24 hours prior to travelling, will be DENIED. Upon arrival, travelers must Visit BVI Welcome Center for PCR Test, install a tracking system on your phone, and wear a wristband monitoring device. While in BVI visitors must quarantine for 4 days at resort. All visitor’s PCR-tested on Day 4 (children under 5 do not need to be tested). People with a negative test result can travel freely around the island. Cost for COVID-19 Re-entry testing is $175 which includes testing on Day 0 and 4, mobile app, tracking bracelet, other procedures. Anybody who tests positive upon arrival must quarantine for 10 days.

Cayman Islands (Grand Cayman) ·        Border Status: Opens to international travelers beginning October 1.

·        Pre-Entry Negative Covid PCR Test Proof: Not required.

·        Covid Test on Arrival: Not required.

·        Entry Procedure: Visitors must register at tourism website to obtain pre-travel authorization and will be subject to 14-day quarantine in pre-approved residential and government facilities, then take another PCR test after 14 days. Cayman is testing a health monitoring device for incoming travelers which may be used when the borders reopen.

Curacao (Willemstad) ·        Border Status: Open to “low,” “medium-” and “high-risk” countries; Canada deemed medium-risk; U.S. designated high-risk & not allowed entry.

·        Entry Procedure: Travelers required to complete digital immigration card online prior to departure and digitally complete Passenger Locator Card (PLC) within 48 hours of departure and carry printed copy of document.

·        The Digital Immigration Card is a mandatory form for all visitors to clear immigration in Curaçao and can be filled out online.

Dominica (Roseau) ·        Border Status: Open to U.S. visitors. Entry requirements can be found here.

·        Pre-Entry Negative Covid PCR Test Proof: Must submit a negative PCR test result taken between 24 and 72 hours before arrival.

·        Covid Test on Arrival: Visitors will have a temperature check and undergo rapid test screening at no charge, with results available in 15 to 20 minutes.

·        If test result is negative, guests go through immigration and customs and are transferred to a property that has been certified safe by the Environmental Health Department. and quarantine for five days.

·        A PCR test ($40) will be administered on day five; if negative, the traveler is free to move about the island.

·        Entry Procedure: Visitors must upload an online health questionnaire at least 24 hours prior to arrival; submit a negative PCR test result taken between 24 and 72 hours before arrival and receive an email notification from Dominica of clearance to travel. Travelers must present notification of health clearance to travel airlines prior to boarding and upon disembarkation in Dominica.

Dominican Republic (Puerto Plata) ·        Border Status: Open to international visitors.

·        Pre-Entry Negative Covid PCR Test Proof: Required within  ve days of arrival.

·        Covid Test on Arrival: Required for travelers who arrive without proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test or who show symptoms on arrival.

·        Entry Procedure: Passengers screened vis temperature checks; passengers showing symptoms tested at airport; 14-day hotel quarantine for positive travelers.

·        Travel Insurance: Travel insurance plan provided via Dominican Republic through December 2020.

·        Passengers will be required to fill out and submit a Traveler’s Health Affidavit, which will be provided by the airline or by Dominican authorities upon arrival.

Grenada (St Georges) ·        Border Status: Open to international travelers.

·        Pre-Entry Negative Covid PCR Test Proof: Required within seven days of travel for travelers from medium- and high-risk countries.

·        Covid Test on Arrival: Required for medium- and high-risk travelers.

·        Entry Procedure: Entry procedure: Travelers must complete and submit a Health Declaration form prior to travel and download Grenada’s Contract Tracing App prior to departure. Visitors will undergo health screenings including temperature checks upon arrival. U.S. travelers are required to book a minimum four day stay for observation and quarantine. *Positive COVID-19 test procedure: Required 14-day quarantine at state-approved facility.

Honduras (Roatan) ·        Border Status: Open to international travelers on August 17th.

·        Pre-Entry Negative Covid PCR Test Proof: Required within 72 hours of travel.

·        Covid Test on Arrival: Not required.

·        Entry Procedure: You MUST have a Covid test administered no more than 72 hours from the time you board your flight in the US. You must have the printed results and must do an online pre-check form. Both documents must be with you at the check in counter in printed form no digital.

·        Travel Insurance: Not required.

Jamaica (Montego Bay, Ocho Rios) ·        Border Status: Open to international travelers.

·        Pre-Entry Negative Covid PCR Test Proof: Required within two to five days of travel.

·        Covid Test on Arrival: Not required.

·        Entry Procedure: Travelers are required to submit Travel Authorization document no more than five days prior to arrival. Travelers will be notified of approval to enter Jamaica via email and will be required to present their authorization at check-in to board their departing flight.

·        Travel Insurance: Not required.

·        Arriving passengers are required to complete and submit the online Travel Authorization between two and five days prior to their planned arrival in Jamaica.

·        Travelers from certain designated hot spots in the U.S. must upload the results of a negative Covid-19 test, not older than 10 days before the date of travel, to the visitjamaica.com site prior to departure so that their arrival can be approved before they’ve left the U.S.

Mexico (Cozumel, Costa Maya, Puerto Vallarta) ·        Border Status: All land border crossings remain closed through January 21, 2021, for unessential travel. Tourists can travel to select Mexico beaches by plane. Borders currently closed to all international travelers arriving by cruise ship.

·        Pre-Entry Negative Covid PCR Test Proof: Not required

·        Entry Procedure: All passengers must fill out the questionnaire for the identification of risk factors in travelers, in printed and electronic form There doesn’t appear to be a mandatory quarantine once you arrive in Mexico and don’t display possible coronavirus symptoms. However, you can anticipate a temperature screening and personal interview upon arrival. Traveling while symptomatic may require you to self-quarantine or return to the United States.

Puerto Rico (San Juan)  

·        Border Status: Open to international travelers.

·        Pre-Entry Negative Covid PCR Test Proof: Required within 72 hours of travel.

·        Covid Test on Arrival: Mandatory for travelers who arrive without proof of negative COVID-19 PCR test result.

·        Entry Procedure: Arriving travelers must complete online Travel Declaration Form from the Puerto Rico Health Department, show a negative molecular COVID-19 test result and obtain an Airport Exit Confirmation QR Code. Travelers will automatically receive QR Code when uploading molecular test results to the Puerto Rico Health Department online portal.

·        Travel Insurance: Not required.

·        Cruise operations: All ports are currently closed for cruise ship vessels.

St Kitts (Basseterre) ·        Border Status: Opens to international travelers beginning October 31.

·        Pre-Entry Negative Covid PCR Test Proof: Required within 72 hours of arrival.

·        Covid Test on Arrival: Not required.

·        Entry Procedure: Arriving travelers from outside the CARICOM “bubble” must complete a Covid-19 entry form, present a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours of arrival, and undergo testing at Robert L. Bradshaw Airport. Visitors will be transferred to their approved accommodations to await results. Guests testing negative are restricted to their resort’s grounds. Guests staying over 14 days will take a second test and if positive may travel beyond their resort.

St Lucia (Castries) ·        Border Status: Open to international travelers.

·        Pre-Entry Negative Covid PCR Test Proof: Required within seven days of arrival.

·        Covid Test on Arrival: Required for visitors showing symptoms on arrival.

·        Entry Procedure: Required for visitors showing symptoms on arrival. Entry procedure: Travelers must complete pre-arrival Registration Form. Arriving passengers will undergo screening and temperature checks. Symptomatic passengers will be isolated and tested. Travelers testing positive will be transferred to the Respiratory Hospital for treatment and care at their cost. Others will be transferred by certified taxi to approved COVID-19 accommodation. Guests are required to remain on property except to participate in hotel-booked water-based excursions.

·        Visitors within the Bubble Countries with a travel history from these areas in the last 21 days will be exempt from quarantine; however, they must have a negative result from a PCR test taken no more than 7 days before arriving in Saint Lucia, and are subject to mandatory screening on arrival.

St Maarten (Philipsburg) ·        Border Status: Open to international travelers.

·        Pre-Entry Negative Covid PCR Test Proof: Must be taken within five days of arrival or a rapid test taken within 48 hours of departure

·        Covid Test on Arrival: Not required

·        Entry Procedure: A completed health declaration must be uploaded before departing. U.S. visitors must submit proof of a negative Covid test result taken within five days of arrival or a rapid test taken within 48 hours of departure. The border between St. Maarten and St. Martin have reopened to all visitors, and U.S. visitors can stay in hotels in St. Martin.

·        Travel Insurance: St. Maarten requires all visitors to have proof of health insurance coverage. The island also strongly recommends additional travel insurance covering COVID-19 related expenses.

St Thomas (Charlotte Amalie) ·        Border Status:

·        Pre-Entry Negative Covid PCR Test Proof: Yes. Visitors have three options:

·        COVID-19 molecular (e.g., RT-PCR, viral or nucleic acid amplification) test from a nasal or throat or saliva swab sample taken and NEGATIVE result received (both within five days of commencement of travel to the Territory)

·        COVID-19 antigen (rapid) test from a nasal or throat swab sample taken and NEGATIVE result received (both within five days of commencement of travel to the Territory)

·        COVID-19 antibody finger stick or blood draw test taken and POSITIVE result received (both within four months of commencement of travel to the Territory)

·        Covid Test on Arrival: Travelers are subject to COVID-19 health screening protocols, including a temperature scan. Travelers are also subject enhanced screening including COVID-19 testing (or retesting) upon arrival, per the Department of Health.

·        Entry Procedure: Travelers are required to complete the form on the Travel Screening Portal within five days of travel. Travelers should produce their original test result and travel certification received from the Travel Screening Portal upon arrival. Travelers unable to produce the required test result are subject to mandatory self-quarantine of 14 days from the time of entry into the Territory until they are able to receive the required test result.

Turks & Caicos (Grand Turk) ·        Border Status: Open to International tourists.

·        Pre-Entry Negative Covid PCR Test Proof:  Yes, taken within five days of travel

·        Covid Test on Arrival: Not required.

·        Entry Procedure: Open to U.S. visitors. International travelers will be required to obtain certification using TCI Assured online portal. The portal will require travelers to submit the following information: a negative Covid-19 PCR test result taken within five days of travel; proof of medical/travel insurance that covers medical evacuation, costs related to quarantine, ambulance care or care at a local hospital; and a completed online health screening questionnaire. Once uploaded, the documents will be verified, and a TCI Assured certification issued. The TCI Assured travel authorization must be presented at time of check-in. Visitors will be able to upload documents within 3 days in advance of their arrival. Children under 12 will not be required to have a test.

U.S. Virgin Islands ·        Border Status: Open to international travelers.

·        Pre-Entry Negative Covid PCR Test Proof: Within five days of arrival.

·        Covid Test on Arrival: Not required.

·        Entry Procedure: Travelers must complete online Travel Screening within five days of departure and upload negative Covid-19 test result if their state has a positivity rate higher than 10 percent. Arrivals who cannot produce required test result will be subject to 14-day quarantine. Arriving travelers will undergo temperature checks; travelers who answer “no” to all Travel Screening questions with temperatures below 100.4 degrees may proceed into the territory
